With 500,000 square feet of retail and restaurants, Phase II of this tear-down and redevelopment is under construction, including Burlington Coat, Bob’s Furniture, Noodles and several additional quality retailers. Phase I included anchor Walmart Supercenter and Lowe’s. With very strong demographics, The Shoppes at Latham Circle are located at the prime intersection of Routes 2 and Route 9, which is a busy retail node.
