Lakeway Commons
Shrewsbury, MA

​This 375,000 sq. ft. mixed-use development is comprised of 100,000 square feet of retail, 250 apartments, 14 townhomes and anchored by a 50,000 square foot Whole Foods. Other tenants include Starbucks, Tavern in the Square, Burtons Grill, Visionworks, UniBank, Jenny Boston Boutique, Scottrade, Tile Works, Lunchbox Wax, Massage Envy, Club Pilates, Loyal Companion, Orangetheory Fitness, The Tile Shop, The LUX Group, SkinMD, The Lash Lounge and Shrewsbury Dentistry.
Lincoln Plaza
Hingham, MA

​Located in one of the region’s most affluent, densely-populated communities, Lincoln Plaza offers first-class grocery, shopping and lifestyle options to its consumers. Surrounded by great retail, dining, entertainment and office workers, with tremendous visibility along Route 3A (35,000 ADT), the site currently offers a rare opportunity to join a strong blend of local, regional and national tenants in a convenient, signalized location. Lincoln Plaza is anchored by one of the region’s top grocers, Stop & Shop, and a strong-performing Marshalls store. The Shoppes at Latham Circle
Colonie, NY

​With 500,000 square feet of retail and restaurants, Phase II of this tear-down and redevelopment is under construction, including Burlington Coat, Bob’s Furniture, Noodles and several additional quality retailers. Phase I included anchor Walmart Supercenter and Lowe’s. With very strong demographics, The Shoppes at Latham Circle are located at the prime intersection of Routes 2 and Route 9, which is a busy retail node.
Mirbeau Inn & Spa
Plymouth, MA

Located at the Pinehills on the Village Green, this resort and spa opened with 50 rooms, a 12,000 square foot spa, a 4-star restaurant and function facilities. This was a joint venture with Mirbeau-Boston South LLC. Due to continuing volume increases, an expansion will be underway in the Fall of 2019.
Goodyear Worcester
Worcester, MA

In an acquisition and expansion strategy, GDG acquired one of the highest volume Goodyear stores and expanded it with two additional bays. In 2015, this prime location on Grafton Street, adjacent to a busy Stop & Shop-anchored center, was sold.

Newington, CT

​Meadow Commons offers a major ground-up development opportunity. The site's large +24.9 acre size, proximity, frontage to the Berlin Turnpike and strong surrounding demographics makes it ideally-positioned for landmark residential, retail, office and industrial potential mixed-use. Over 52,000 cars drive by the property daily, providing a quality source of traffic for tenants. Middletown, CT

​Grossman Development Group, LLC, Hollister & Moore, LLC, (H&M) & The New Haven Group, Inc., through an affiliated entity, has acquired Middletown Plaza, a 150,000 square foot retail shopping center on 10 acres. The property is in the heart of the retail trade area for Middletown and is continuing to flourish due to the amount of daily trip activity to this traffic-signaled intersection. This property also benefits from its proximity to Wesleyan University.
JFK Plaza
Waterville, ME

​Grossman Development Group, LLC, Hollister & Moore, LLC (H&M) and the New Haven Group, through an affiliated entity (collectively the “Sponsor”), has acquired the 151,000 square foot retail shopping center on 14.14 acres known as JFK Plaza in Waterville, ME. The Property is ideally positioned less than a mile off of Interstate 95 along the heavily-traveled Route 11 corridor in Waterville, ME. Over 70% of its tenant mix is anchored by nationally-recognized junior anchor retailers, led by one of the region’s strongest grocers, Hannaford Supermarket. The current vacancy, 33,175 square feet, is ideal size for a junior-anchor retailer either relocating within or expanding to the Waterville, ME market. Limited co-tenancy restrictions from existing tenants allow for a wide range of leasing potential for the vacancy including the potential opportunity to subdivide the premises and maximize value through tenanting multiple spaces.
