Peter brings 25 years of property management experience throughout New England. Prior to joining Grossman Development Group, Peter spent 20 years at Samuels & Associates, before leaving his position as Vice President of Property Management to become a Senior Regional Asset Manager at Cedar Realty Trust from 2012-2016. At Samuels & Associates, Peter was involved in multiple development projects, acquisitions and dispositions.

Jamie brings an engineering background with nearly 20 years of commercial development design and project management experience throughout New England. Prior to joining Grossman Development Group, Jamie served as project manager for RJ O’Connell & Associates from 2007-2016. Jamie has been involved in projects including BJ’s Wholesale in Brookfield, CT and Waltham, MA, Watertown Ford Service Station in Waltham, MA, Restaurant Depot redevelopment in Andover, MA, and the ongoing development of the White Elephant Village on Nantucket Island.

As Senior Property Accountant at Grossman Development, Christine is responsible for accounting and control functions, including overseeing financial records and internal auditing. Prior to joining our team, Christine spent 15 years at Samuels and Associates, a commercial real estate firm in Boston, where she focused on urban development projects.
Prior to joining Grossman Development Group, Marsha’s experience in real estate development began at the Howard Grossman Company where she worked for 8 years. Her other roles were as a CAM Analyst at TJX Companies and a Lease Administrator with New England Development/WellsPark.
DEBT EQUITY ADVISOR
As a Debt Equity Advisor, Kyle assists with strategic planning and securing funding for GDG. With 25 years of development and capital markets experience, Kyle has been instrumental in generating more than $5 billion dollars’ worth of real estate assets. Kyle spent 14 years as Vice President of Acquisitions and Finance at Boston-based Samuels & Associates, where he helped develop and finance notable projects including Trilogy, 1330 Boylston, Van Ness and The Pierce in the Fenway neighborhood of Boston. In 2009, Kyle co-founded the joint venture of Grossman Development Group (GDG) and CBRE-Grossman Retail Advisors (CBRE-GRA) with Howard and Jeremy Grossman. Later in 2012, Kyle formed the Debt & Equity platform at CBRE-New England (CBRE-NE). As a partner of CBRE-NE, Kyle currently leads the debt and equity capital markets platform.
